This year, for the 4th of July, we went to the parade in Bridgeport. It’s about 30 min from Lee Vining, and such an adorable little town. They go all out for the 4th with the parade, vendors, music, passing out flags to everyone, cornhole competition at the firestation, and both arm wrestling and watermelon eating competitions as well. We missed watching these because they were later in the day, and we only stayed for the parade. We went with Korey’s parents and family friends, and got to see his sister briefly as well. It was a really fun day. It was so fun to get to experience a real small town celebration.

We had no idea what this place was, so we had to get a pic. “Kitty Cat Dojo, we teach your cat karate”. Is this for real? I have no clue, but check out that form on ninja Korey!

Bridgeport for the 4th was awesome, we are so thankful that we got to experience it!
